A hot, fun playlist! Mixed with Yoga! Activate deep core muscles paired with shaking and vibration. Primal movement, cardio dance, and conditioning are woven throughout balanced yoga sequencing to give you an ALL-IN-ONE workout that helps you transform your BODY + SOUL. You’ll burn 600-1000 calories per class.
In an ActiveFlow class, the focus is on linking poses with movement and breath. You will prepare the body for building strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications will be offered so that all levels are welcome!

I first found yoga while living in Colorado in 2001. It wasn’t until I had 3 small kids at home that I studied deeper into the sensory and somatic benefits of a regular practice. I graduated with 200 hours in 2016 registering through Tittibha Yoga School with Yoga Alliance, studying under Nancy Gilbert E-RYT, RPYT.
I have furthered studies through assorted Continuing Education opportunities, one standing out in 2017 as a completion of a 50 hour Mastery Program under Carol Krucoff, C-IAYT, E-RYT and Kimberly Carson, MPH, C-IAYT, E-RYT offered at the facility of Duke Integrative Medicine. This training provided experience for teaching to vulnerable populations and hands-on safely modifying postures, and those new to yoga.
All experiences of which I’m grateful, and bud further into the development of Mindful Motion that I’ve used to serve my family and our community. “Be willing to be a beginner every single morning.”
I am a passionate and encouraging yoga teacher who is a Tax Accountant by day, working in corporate tax for over 22 years.
I specialize in Powerflow/Vinyasa style yoga as well as Buti Sculpt and Bands. I want to inspire others to move their bodies in their daily lives snd support them to start/follow their own yoga journeys.
I am formerly a student of classical ballet and mixed martial arts specializing in Tae Kwon Do and Kickboxing. I went through decades of inactivity due to life, work, kids and battled early onset arthritis, shoulder and arm pain in my daily life.
Yoga has helped me strengthen my body and provide balance in my life to deal with a high stress and demanding tax career.
I am dedicated to continual growth and want to spread the joy of yoga to others and consider myself an energetic lifetime learner and seeker.
